Scope

StratoAtlas comprises written materials, structural models, terminology, classification systems, and the relationships between methods and system layers. Together, these form a coherent research framework — both a body of content and an evolving conceptual structure.

Written materials and case analyses
Structural models and conceptual mappings
Terminology and classification systems
Relationships between methods and system layers
2

Content vs. framework

There is a distinction between the content published on the Platform and the framework as a system.

Content

Published materials available under CC BY 4.0

Articles and research notes
Observations and case analyses
Diagrams and illustrations
Framework

Original intellectual work — the system itself

Structure, logic, and internal relationships
The coordinate system and its axes
The conceptual architecture as a whole
Content is openly licensed. The framework as a system constitutes original intellectual work by Roman Kir. See the Content License for usage terms.
3

What is open and what must be preserved

Use individual ideas and reference models
Build upon concepts and create derivative works
Extend the framework and develop new interpretations
Attribution is required — the origin of the framework must remain clear
Distinctions between original and modified work must be maintained
×Must not be presented as your own original system
×Must not be described as complete or universally validated
×Must not create confusion about authorship, origin, or status
×Must not be reduced in a way that distorts its conceptual intent

Evolving nature

StratoAtlas is under active development. Structures may change, terminology may evolve, and relationships may be redefined. Any use of the framework should acknowledge its evolving nature and not present a snapshot as a final or authoritative version.

5

Relationship to the Content License

This page does not override the CC BY 4.0 license. It clarifies how the framework should be understood and how attribution and integrity apply in practice.

For specific usage terms, attribution formats, and conditions, see the Content License.

StratoAtlas is open, but not anonymous.

You are encouraged to use the ideas, extend the work, and build new interpretations. The structure, origin, and intent of the framework must remain visible.

The framework as a whole should not be replicated and presented as an independent system without clear attribution to StratoAtlas and its author.
